Jili Games Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and maintain an account at jili games you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times that your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jili games strictly prohibits any player under 18 from registering an account or participating in any game. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full name, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may hold only one account at jili games. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If jili games identifies that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.
• You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order or have been previously banned from jili games for any reason.

Jili games reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Account registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

Your jili games account is your personal responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with any other person under any circumstances. Jili games staff will never ask for your password.

• Jili games cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security or have knowingly shared your login credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details on your account remain accurate and up to date. Outdated payment details in particular may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at jili games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher deposits may require additional verification.
• Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your jili games account in real time. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to confirm depending on your bank's internal processing.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are processed within 2 to 5 minutes of the request being submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal verification: Jili games may request identity and payment verification documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
• Payment method matching: You may only withdraw to payment methods that you have previously used to deposit, or to methods that have been formally verified by jili games support. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and protect all players.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money funds that exceed the wagering requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.

Jili games reserves the right to delay any withdrawal while carrying out identity verification or fraud checks. We will notify you via the contact details on your account if any additional documentation is required.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Jili games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a single, verified account at jili games. Players with multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus offer.
• The Welcome Bonus matches your first deposit 100% up to Rs 50,000. It is available once per player and is credited to your account automatically when your first deposit is confirmed.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise stated.
• Games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots and crash games. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the platform displays otherwise.
• Jili games reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is stated in each individual promotion's terms.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

Every game available at jili games – including all live casino titles, Teen Patti variants, Aviator and crash games, PSL betting markets, slots, and card games – is operated according to the following fair play standards:

• All outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or provably fair algorithms that have been independently audited. Jili games has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• The rules for each individual game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real money bets.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round – including connection failures, server errors, or game client crashes – the round may be voided and your stake returned. Jili games' decision on void rounds is final.
• PSL and sports betting markets are settled according to official match results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result change, jili games will apply the settlement rules stated in the PSL Betting section of the platform.
• Jili games reserves the right to suspend any game, betting market, or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable technical, regulatory, or integrity reason to do so.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jili games. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds forfeited:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any combination of name, address, payment method, device, or IP address.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, analysing odds, or exploiting bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in live dealer games or coordinating bets in sports markets.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical fault to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error will be voided regardless of whether the error was reported.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jili games for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit or withdrawal through your payment provider after it has been processed on the jili games platform (chargeback fraud).
• Providing false identity information or documentation at any stage of the registration or verification process.

7 Responsible Gaming

Jili games takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools that every player can use to maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Set a time limit for each gaming session. The platform will notify you when your limit is approaching.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from jili games for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account is restricted from all gaming activity, although withdrawals of real-money balances remain available.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from jili games. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of six months. No marketing communications will be sent during a self-exclusion period.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

Jili games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to pass identity verification when requested.
• A player's request to close their own account or initiate self-exclusion.
• Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements that make continued operation of the account impossible or inadvisable.

In cases of account suspension due to a Terms breach, jili games may withhold any pending withdrawals and any bonus funds pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact support at any time. Real-money wallet balances will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method within 5 working days of the closure request being processed.

10 Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact
